Lying on the floor thinking about the spine, long and stretching up my back, able to twist, bend and curl. Thinking about the nerves spreading from my spinal chord and brain down through my whole body like the vines on a tree, along each rib, out to the tip of each finger.
Lanclet amphiaxus shows how the soft spine is started with a front back and middle, digestive system, spine and spinal chord.

BMC- Mouthing Patterns
New born babies are motivated by the need to find food to survive, the mouth will reach forward towards the source bringing the head with it. Movement initiated by the mouth in this way will revertebrate down the spine. The sucking movement creates a full body rocking motion through the spine moving in connection to the mouth.
BMC- Cellular Breathing
Based around the idea that each cell in the body has a living intelligence. Moving from the cells, feeling the cells agaisnt the floor like feeling your body split into tiny parts each with a different reason and reaction to being there.
BMC- Naval Radiation
The naval radiation pattern is one I can easily find when moving, it focuses on the body having 6 equal limbs, head, tails, two arms and two legs. The movement in this pattern is allowing these limbs to close in around the naval and expand out from the naval. The naval is used as a organsing point within the body.
